VJCC Scholarship Award Winners

The Venice Japanese Community Center recognized 11 graduating high school seniors with scholarship awards at its first Virtual Summer Festival on June 27. In addition to stellar academic records, these students have actively participated in extracurricular activities and service at the VJCC and in the surrounding community. The VJCC Scholarships are funded through the VJCC Bingo Nights and a donation from the Tamura Family. Applications for the 2021 scholarships will be available on the VJCC website or in the VJCC office starting in January 2021.
